My colleague and podcast co-host, Sarah Turner and I have collaborated to create a set of coaching question cards for managers and leaders. These are designed to help you engage in deeper, more meaningful development conversations. As you would expect, many are for you to ask your direct reports in one to one conversations, but others are intended for your own self-reflection and development, some are suitable for both. 

I’m really excited about these cards – they are the product of our decades of combined experience working as executive coaches. We use these questions ourselves in our coaching practice and we have specially selected those that we believe will make a noticeable difference to the conversations you have with your team and the conclusions you draw around your own self-development. 

To help you use these cards effectively, we have recorded some videos you can see below. Each pack contains 50 cards with coaching questions to be used with yourself and your people.
